Annual Florida Elder Law Symposium – The Fundamentals of Elder Law

The 2026 Florida Elder Law Symposium is a three-day comprehensive course on elder law. Day one – Fundamentals of Elder Law – is geared towards attorneys who are either newer to elder law disciplines or those looking for a refresher on various elder law topics. Presented in a unique format that incorporates interactive discussions between a panel of experts and attendees, the program includes practical approaches to estate planning, incapacity planning, guardianship, representation of disabled clients and their fiduciaries, public benefits, and the administration of estates and trusts.
